Add a reference counter for recursion(run) for "_nested_update"

Python 2.7 It became necessary to increment integer values by the specified key by a constant value. The field values became the same for all keys, although the original values were different. When recursively traversing objects, the counter passed to the function is not incremented it is passed by value.
